Our Co-Founders

Openly was founded on International Women’s Day in 2017, by Lisa Villeneuve and Tanya Darisi. As co-leaders for the first 5+ years, Tanya and Lisa nurtured Openly to become a vibrant space for talented, passionate people to fuel the hearts and work of changemakers. In 2022, their roles shifted to allow a collaborative leadership approach to emerge.
